Responsibilities:
  • Familiarize yourself with our extensive cocktail menu and prices to ensure accurate ordering and expedition of beverage orders.
  • Suggest and upsell cocktails to enhance the guest experience.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Serve tables in the order of arrival, with exceptions made in common sense situations or as directed by your supervisor.
  • Inform your supervisor of any critical supply or service situations that may arise.
  • Complete assigned side work and daily tasks to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
  • Practice and promote safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct yourself in a manner that reflects a positive professional image and greets guests with a smile and a pleasant disposition.
  • Keep your workstation clean and organized, including ashtrays, coin wrappers, and other essential items.
  • Follow all cash handling procedures as outlined in the Food & Beverage Manual.
  • Adhere to the calling order when ordering cocktails to ensure timely service.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with co-workers and supervisors.
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to lift and serve a tray of beverages weighing 15 pounds.
  • One year of experience as a cocktail server in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Cash handling experience is required.
  • Must be able to successfully complete a TIPS (responsible service of alcohol) training class.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
