Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as the Assistant Director of Housing Services. This 12-month, professional position is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the student experience and housing operations at a world-class institution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee facilities management to ensure high-quality living environments for on-campus students
  • Coordinate all aspects of life safety in graduate and undergraduate residential areas
  • Manage administrative and operational functions within University housing
  • Assist in managing student billing for housing and dining charges
  • Serve as a liaison to various offices and campus partners
  • Participate in Housing Services projects and campus-wide initiatives
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Student Affairs, Student Personnel Administration, Higher Education or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • One to three years of related work experience
  • Proven experience in housing operations or student affairs
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders

This position is a Grade: 8 - 40, offering an approximate salary of $46,180-$55,420.
