Job Description

Job Title: Senior Customer Success Manager

Job Summary: As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be our enterprise customer's trusted advisor and a critical part of the Go-to-Market team at Instabase. You will drive business value for customers by retaining and growing accounts by implementing game-changing adoption and growth strategies that help customers maximize their investment in Instabase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business value for customers by retaining and growing accounts
  • Collaborate with our internal engineering and product teams to help inform the product roadmap
  • Conduct regular status calls and manage escalations
  • Deliver executive briefings with our strategic enterprise customers

About You:

We're looking for a proven track record of success in customer success and technical account management with expertise in working with enterprise customers to find win/win solutions. You should be an impeccable relationship builder and have excellent project management skills when coordinating multiple internal and external initiatives.

What We Offer:

The OTE range for this role is $160,000 to $205,000 + equity, and US benefits.
