Senior Customer Success Manager

Optimize Partners is seeking a seasoned Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team in the greater NYC area. As a key member of our client's success team, you will work closely with 'blue chip' enterprise customers to drive significant value from our client's products, achieving measurable results and high adoption rates.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure customer success and drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Work collaboratively with the account team to position upsells and identify new opportunities for growth
- Monitor and report on customer health and usage indicators, tracking key metrics and providing actionable insights
- Facilitate the onboarding of new customers and provide ongoing support to ensure seamless adoption
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, consulting, or account management for a SaaS organization
- Significant experience driving enterprise-level customer engagements and achieving high adoption, retention, and expansion rates
- BS/BA degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a comparable education; Master's degree is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
