About the Role

Vida Real Estate is seeking an experienced Transaction Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our agents and staff with transaction-related tasks, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate transaction activities, including showings, offers, and closings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage listing and showing appointments, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate records, including transaction details, client interactions, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement marketing strategies for listings.
  • Prepare and process transactional documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate vendor services, including inspections, appraisals, and title work.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
