Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at WOTM - Partners Professional. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients, conducting compelling presentations and product demonstrations, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to identify and target potential clients, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our services.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our services.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the commercial cleaning or related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in hunter sales and cold calling, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
