Insurance Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Staff My Agency.

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product offerings to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements:
  • Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
