Position Overview


The Sales Appointment Coordinator is tasked with generating service appointments for customers who reach out to the dealership through online channels for both new and pre-owned vehicles.

This role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional customer experience by addressing inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.

The coordinator will utilize lead management systems, CRM software, and online tools to oversee inquiry flow, update customer records, and meticulously track customer interests.

The Sales Appointment Coordinator will receive training to gain a comprehensive understanding of all products and services offered, as well as become familiar with inventory, financing options, and promotional programs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to online inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and courtesy.
  • Timely and precise entry of all customer inquiry data into the CRM system.
  • Schedule service appointments effectively.
  • Conduct phone surveys to gauge customer preferences and satisfaction levels.
  • Utilize lead management tools efficiently.
  • Compile necessary reports, forms, and documentation promptly.
  • Perform cashier duties as required.
  • Execute other job-related tasks as assigned.
  • Demonstrate ethical behavior, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and honesty in all customer interactions.

Required Qualifications

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in a call center setting is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Adept at reading and understanding rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
