Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in regular outreach and appointment scheduling activities
  • Oversee the presentation quality of model homes to meet customer expectations
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of sales materials at the model
  • Showcase model homes and articulate community/floorplan features to potential buyers
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or administrative roles
  • Proven customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong planning, organizational, communication, and administrative skills
  • Availability to work 5 days a week, including 3 weekends each month
  • Experience in homebuilding or real estate is advantageous
