Role Overview:

The Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for delivering exceptional technical assistance for both hardware and software systems. This role encompasses a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring smooth operations and high user satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive IT support to users, addressing both hardware and software issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Offer second-level support for end-users in both in-office and remote settings.
  • Facilitate on-site technical support as needed.
  • Manage the configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of personal computers and mobile devices.
  • Install, configure, and resolve issues related to Windows and MacOS operating systems.
