Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Addison Group. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle, multi-state payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bi-weekly payroll for 300+ employees across multiple states, ensuring timely and precise payroll processing.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for payroll process improvements, providing insights and recommending best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, as well as local, state, and federal payroll regulations.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records, reports, and documentation, guaranteeing consistency and reliability.
  • Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly to ensure employee satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure data accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll-related transactions.
  • Manage payroll tax submissions, deductions, and other related documentation to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date on payroll laws and regulations to ensure the company remains compliant.
  • Support year-end payroll processes, including the preparation and distribution of W-2 forms.
  • Provide training and support to new payroll team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of payroll administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, and familiarity with state and federal payroll regulations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and prior experience with multi-state payroll are required.
