Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Support Technician to join our team at Kymera International. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for supporting routine laboratory testing, setting up and maintaining equipment, and assisting with customer technical service projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safe Work Practices: Follow established safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Equipment Setup and Maintenance: Configure and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
  • Technical Service Projects: Assist with customer technical service projects, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Manufacturing Troubleshooting: Collaborate with the manufacturing team to identify and resolve production issues.
  • Research and Development: Execute R&D testing plans using laboratory equipment and conduct tests to gather data and insights.
Requirements
  • Basic Machine Maintenance: Possess basic knowledge of machine maintenance, electrical wiring, and simple plumbing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office computer programs, including Excel and Word, and able to use a forklift to move and configure equipment.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate creativity in product/process improvement and problem-solving.
  • Communication: Effective communication and reporting skills to ensure seamless collaboration with the team.
