Product Researcher

Infinia ML Inc is seeking a skilled Product Researcher to support the development of AI-enabled solutions. As a key member of the Product team, you will play a crucial role in understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end user research projects, from defining research objectives to delivering actionable insights.
  • Plan and conduct user research studies using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate user research into product requirements and design ideation.
  • Communicate research results to cross-functional teams and stakeholders in clear and compelling ways.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze user feedback and behavior data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in user research, UX research, or a related field, ideally supporting products with an AI/ML focus.
  • Proficiency in a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Self-starter with an ownership mindset and comfortable with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Functional knowledge of product analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience operating within complex regulatory and/or policy environments.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management.
