Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Upper Mid-West region. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
About the Role:This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced sales professional who is passionate about building strong relationships with dealerships and identifying new business opportunities. If you have a proven track record in territory management and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Analyze customer needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned customer base.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in tractor/agricultural equipment sales, with a successful track record in territory management.
- Strong understanding of the tractor/agricultural equipment market and industry dynamics within the assigned territory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- A competitive salary of $85,000 per year, plus potential monthly commission.
