Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager - Process Filtration to join our dynamic team at Sefar Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the Midwest region.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in outside sales, with a proven track record of success in prospecting and qualifying new customers. A strong understanding of technical sales principles and a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve individual sales goals in the assigned region.
- Establish relationships with key decision-makers and develop targeted account strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Sefar's products and applications to provide effective solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
