Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our Property Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of properties and working closely with the General Manager to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a small portfolio of properties, including preparing financial reports, managing TI and/or capital improvement projects, and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategic and collaborative solutions to drive business results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Contribute to the establishment and refinement of work quality, cultural initiatives, and best practices.
  • Develop and implement plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of commercial real estate or property management experience.
  • Experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other financial reports.
  • Experience using property management accounting platforms, such as Yardi, Kardin, or MRI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
