Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Production Coordinator to join our team at ASM Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting event managers in executing event production and logistics from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with event managers to understand event expectations and execute event needs based on their requests.
  • Serve as a liaison to promoters and clients, facilitating communication and organization.
  • Collaborate with union crew members and contractors to ensure satisfactory work and compliance with company standards.
  • Assist with credentialing and guest access, and maintain a detailed filing system of event documents.
  • Support department and organization with various projects and special assignments.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in event production, concerts, and/or community and corporate events.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and ability to learn other business systems.
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in event setup, audio, video, lighting, and rigging.
  • Knowledge of event management software and systems.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and produce accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to move and walk extensively around the facility.
  • Ability to stand for long hours during events.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50-80 pounds up to 10 minutes at a time.
