Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Transactions: Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Customer Loans: Initiate loans for customers, providing clear explanations and guidance throughout the process.
  • Payment Follow-up: Contact customers regarding past due payments, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Shift Work: Work rotating shifts, including some Saturdays, with Sundays off.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.
  • Cash Handling Experience: Possess experience handling cash transactions, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in operating computers and standard office equipment, with a preference for experience with our systems.

  • Supervision and Attendance: Work with minimal supervision, maintaining reliable attendance and adhering to our attendance policy.
