Job Overview

Position Summary:

The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive nursing care in alignment with established practices. The CNS ensures effective communication and collaboration across various departments to promote seamless patient care. Additionally, the Clinical Nurse Specialist provides mentorship and clinical oversight to novice nurses, fostering their professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.

  • Current RN License in the state of practice or a compact license is required.
