Additionally, the Clinical Nurse Specialist provides mentorship and guidance to novice nurses, fostering their professional growth.

Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is highly preferred.
- Relevant specialty certification as required.
- Thorough understanding of the nursing process and comprehensive knowledge of the physical, emotional, spiritual, and developmental needs of patients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
