POSITION SUMMARY


As an Office Coordinator at Dungarvin, you will play a vital role in supporting our Washington Supported Living program by delivering crucial administrative and office assistance.

In this position, you will be involved in providing instruction, support, and services to clients residing in homes owned, rented, or leased by themselves or their legal representatives. Your contributions will significantly enhance the quality of life for our clients, empowering them to live independently in their own residences.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Duties:
  • Receive, categorize, file, and retrieve various forms, correspondence, and documents.
  • Identify and rectify discrepancies in documentation.
  • Process and maintain accurate files and records.
  • Handle and distribute confidential documents with care.
  • Establish and uphold intricate filing systems.
  • Monitor and manage visitor access effectively.
  • Maintain consistent communication with your supervisor.
  • Answer incoming calls, assess their purpose, and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.

Recordkeeping:
  • File and archive financial documents in accordance with company financial management policies.

Fostering a Positive Work Environment:
  • Honor and respect diversity in all forms, including race, religion, marital status, age, sexual orientation, color, creed, national origin, and abilities.
  • Maintain respectful relationships that uphold clients' rights and promote their dignity, well-being, personal choice, and self-esteem.
