LG Electronics Office Administrator/Receptionist

LG Electronics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Washington, D.C. As a key member of our office operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our senior executives and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate with building management, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Oversee office expenses, including coding and processing receivables and payables, and manage office assets and inventories.
  • Monitor office facilities, including physical and technological systems, to ensure they are in good condition.
  • Manage office membership and its utilization, and follow safety and security policies and requirements.
  • Coordinate with the LG Group office support functions, including LG Property Management Team, IT Support Team, and Finance Team.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements, ground transportation, and itineraries for C-level visits from the headquarters.
  • Prepare and execute internal and external meetings, events, presentations, luncheons, and dinners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, including greeting, assisting, and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, mail, parcels, and delivery services.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain a positive image.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in office management and/or supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.
  • Well-organized with a strong ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform within corporate guidelines and support corporate processes.
  • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal skills at executive and project team levels.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
  • Flexible availability out of office hours to handle priorities.
  • Ability to work with confidential information.
  • Strong proficiency with standard software tools, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and business-level Korean to work with Korean colleagues.
