Your Responsibilities

Overview: Reporting directly to the Vice President of Product & Operations, the Project Engineer will oversee specification management, engineering assessments, scope verification, layout planning, and bill of materials development for our advanced 10MW MHP Electrolyzer.
With a strong foundation of integrity, the ideal candidate will leverage their creativity and commitment to drive H-TEC's expansion into new markets.
  • Collaborate with partners to adapt European-developed Electrolyzers to comply with local regulations and standards.
  • Draft and review detailed technical specification documents to ensure comprehensive scope of supply.
  • Manage technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
  • Generate and maintain essential technical documentation, including process flow diagrams (P&ID), general arrangement drawings, and data sheets.
  • Engage with suppliers and clients to implement streamlined project change requests (PCRs).
  • Work closely with project managers to monitor costs, deliverables, and contract modifications.
  • Participate in risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards and vulnerabilities.
Your Qualifications
  • Degree in process engineering, environmental engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Power Solutions Packaging, EPC, or a similar domain.
  • Proven expertise in developing technical specification sheets and effective technical negotiations.
  • Ability to work autonomously while demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for tackling analytical and creative challenges.
  • Extensive design experience and thorough knowledge of ASME, ANSI, and other relevant codes for pressure process equipment.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements and corporate meetings.
