About the Job

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive senior executive-level communications, internal programs, employee engagement, and special projects. As a trusted advisor to internal Microsoft stakeholders, you will support the Global Media and Partnerships Chief of Staff, Corporate Vice President, and the broader team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and contribute to cross-team projects to ensure business objectives are met.
  2. Collaborate with the leadership team to create and implement business continuity plans.
  3. Serve as a central point of contact for team nominations to the Immersive Learning program.
  4. Schedule and coordinate team stakeholder and partner engagements for the Corporate Vice President.
  5. Deliver quarterly All Hands meeting slides and maintain Teams channels and OneNotes.
  6. Maintain and update the Global Media and Partnerships SharePoint site.
  7. Support business operations, including leadership and manager meetings, reporting, and program management.
Requirements
  1. 8 years of experience in business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, internal and external communications, employee engagement, human resources, or business-related roles.
  2. Strong program and project management influence and communication skills.
  3. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, executive leaders, and teams.
  4. Customer-centric, entrepreneurial, energetic, and self-motivated.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and results-driven mindset.
  6. Preferred skills and qualifications include knowledge and understanding of the organizational structure and rhythm of the business activities for Global Media and Partnerships.
