Drive Enterprise Go-To-Market Strategy

The Senior Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the Enterprise Go-To-Market strategy at Microsoft Corporation. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute financial plans that drive business growth and profitability.

Lead Financial Planning and Analysis

This role requires a strong analytical skillset, with the ability to dig into performance trends and drive actionable business health analysis. The Senior Finance Manager will work with the Financial Planning and Analysis team to prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.

Analyze and Provide Insights

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business performance and be able to analyze and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making. This includes analyzing sales compensation strategy and design, driving proactive communications, and partnering with business leaders to drive growth.

Qualifications

The Senior Finance Manager should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or controllership. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Business to Business technology companies and be able to develop trusted partnerships with field and headquarters teams.

Benefits and Pay Information
