- Analyze and propose solutions to complex problems, conduct data analysis, and make recommendations to achieve best results.
- Provide frequent status updates, create status dashboards, and evaluate and mitigate risks.
- Lead ongoing PDCA efforts through the design and implementation of project review and continuous improvement processes.
- Participate in departmental planning, budgeting, and development, and manage assigned project managers and associated staff.
- Ten or more years of related project management experience.
- Five to seven years of personnel management experience.
- Excellent understanding and experience using project management principles.
- Experience with NOA and Nintendo Company Limited (NCL) corporate structure, objectives, and initiatives.
- Deep understanding of NOA and NCL business structures.
- Good understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate a broad range of stakeholders at NOA, NCL, and Latin America.
- Windows-based PC experience, including MS Office, MS Project software, Jira, and Confluence.
- Undergraduate degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent.
- PM certification or equivalent preferred.
Nintendo of America Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. This position includes a base salary range of $164,500 - $296,000 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
