The Real Estate Imaging Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality visual content for residential properties. This position involves traveling to various locations to conduct multiple photography sessions throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 3-4 photography sessions daily, ensuring timely arrival and professionalism.
  • Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all transportation regulations.
  • Successfully complete a drug screening and background check as part of the hiring process.
  • Participate in a week-long paid training program, followed by two additional weeks of training.
  • Utilize Matterport Pro3 cameras to create immersive virtual tours and detailed floor plans.
  • Capture high-quality images for marketing purposes to effectively showcase properties to potential buyers and renters.
  • Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and management to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Manage a designated territory, identifying new properties and ensuring comprehensive coverage of commercial real estate data.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours daily.
  • Capable of lifting and maneuvering equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
  • Frequent hand and arm movements required for operating camera equipment and data entry.
  • Occasional bending and twisting necessary for various job functions.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Availability to work weekends on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional photography experience or a relevant degree in photography.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in data entry and familiar with various operating systems and applications.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, including commercial real estate terminology and mapping techniques.
