Job Title: Accounts Payable Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team at Experis. As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing and developing data analytics solutions for our clients in the payables team to improve their financial position and ensure timely payments in accordance with vendor agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and develop data analytics solutions for payables team to improve financial position and ensure timely payments.
  • Analyze results from various monitoring and reporting tools to perform year-over-year and monthly analysis of payment data.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to implement identified improvement initiatives across the S2P end-to-end, which drive efficiencies and economies of scale using root cause analysis.
  • Analyze escalations from internal users, third-party Business Processes Outsourcing (BPO), global Centers of Scale (CoS) and vendors related to invoicing and payment issues and identify actions to address the current and sustained resolution.
  • Assist the Accounts Payable Supervisor in implementing day-to-day operations for the internal and external payables teams.
  • Serve as an escalation point for operational issues and work with BPO and CoS partners to analyze transactional data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is a plus, but not required.
  • No degree but with equivalent experience defined as at least 3 years of relevant, professional-level working experience in the same or similar field is equally as qualified.
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance, accounting, or procurement positions required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel (including vlookups, pivot tables, and macros) and/or Access experience strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of experiencing leading process improvement projects preferred.
