BSC Sales Specialist

As a BSC Sales Specialist at Bird Technologies, you will play a crucial role in coordinating sales efforts with customers and partners to drive sales of BSC related products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and deploy service programs, such as Service Contracts, Extended Warranty, and Upgrade programs, in collaboration with the sales, marketing, and operations teams. You will also be responsible for developing and executing BSC sales growth plans, providing forecasts to enable predictive analysis of Service Center resource requirements. Additionally, you will gather customer input through visits, surveys, and contact management to enhance the customer experience with BSC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an environment of continual improvement using Agile and Lean tools.
- Promote the Bird Family Values through your actions, including Trust, Innovation, Teamwork, Achievement, and Accountability.
- Describe the quality policy and goals, your contribution to quality, and the effects of not observing quality and customer requirements.
- Develop and establish BSC sales plans and execute accordingly.
- Maintain and manage detailed and accurate forecasts, aggressively close deals, and consistently build relationships at different customer levels.
- Promote products, create demand generation for service-related sales that are beneficial to our customers, and promote growth of the Bird Service Center.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on sales/service programs and BSC product development and launches.
- Focused on service contracts, renewals, upgrades, conversions, RMAs, and calibration product and service sales growth for the Bird Service Center.
- Develop BSC sales channels, verticals, and market intelligence by consulting with end users to determine their requirements, interests, and needs.
- Manage multiple inbound/outbound client support channels, including the Bird Website, Bird Manufacturer Representatives, Distribution, Partners, and/or Direct to customer.
- Interact and maintain leads to/with internal sales team members to promote BSC sales, encourage best use of assets, and support company financial business models.
- Coordinate, schedule, and plan meetings, travel arrangements, and other logistical details with customers, field sales team, and yourself.
- Maintain various databases, CRM records, and monthly reports, including ensuring the accuracy of the reports and directing their distribution.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of related experience in selling electronic/mechanical equipment services to commercial customers.
- Good knowledge of market analysis, planning, and development.
- Strategic, creative thinking, and good execution.
- Passionate, hardworking, ambitious, and strongly self-motivated.
- Mature, persistent, and not easy to give up under pressure.
- Familiarity with RF Calibration and metrology standards preferred.
- Candidates with Semiconductor, RF, Test & Measurement, and/or Medical Equipment service sales knowledge are highly preferred.
