  • Collect and prepare data for records and reports.
  • Maintain mailing lists, files, and indexes, and prepare letters for mailing.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree (minimum) from an accredited college or university in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Thorough knowledge of budgetary practices, procedures, and analyses.
  • Thorough knowledge of Virginia procurement regulations and governmental accounting and auditing procedures.
  • Thorough knowledge of grant or project management.
  • Ability to type and perform data entry work accurately and at a reasonable rate of speed.
  • Ability to make arithmetical calculations.
  • Ability to operate a variety of data entry and office equipment.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and the general public.
