We are currently looking for an Enrollment Process Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the PIV card enrollment procedure. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the collection of necessary documentation and data.
- Verifying the authenticity of submitted information.
- Ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.
- Providing exceptional customer service and effective communication.
This role also encompasses recordkeeping, compliance, and training associated with the PIV card enrollment process.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Capability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
The position primarily involves sedentary work, with occasional requirements for standing, walking, and other physical activities.
A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, along with U.S. Citizenship and an active Public Trust/MBI clearance or the eligibility to obtain one.
