Job Summary

The USFHP Enrollment Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless enrollment and premium payment process for beneficiaries. This position requires strong research and problem-solving skills to resolve eligibility questions and disenroll members who have lost eligibility. The coordinator will also prepare premium payment invoices and collect payments, as well as reconcile information between USFHP and Defense Health Agency systems.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • ADP II Security Clearance
  • 3 years of Healthcare or business office experience with progressive responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration
  • Experience with DEERS/DOES/TRICARE
