Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Enrollment Services Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Shoreline Community College. As a key member of our Enrollment Services team, you will provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and the campus community, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line customer service to students, parents, and the campus community, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Enrollment Services team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of college policies, procedures, and regulations to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
  • Utilize technology, such as ctcLink and Microsoft Office, to efficiently manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on college policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree and two years of experience providing customer service, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues in a fair and timely manner.
