Job Overview

The role of the Account Manager is pivotal in expanding market presence, particularly in promoting the Drawtex, Vashe, and Urgo product lines. This position emphasizes a solution-oriented and concept-driven sales strategy aimed at the hospital, long-term care, and home health sectors.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Engage in direct sales activities within the assigned territory, focusing on hospitals and wound care centers.
  • Communicate the advantages, features, and clinical value of products to key decision-makers in healthcare facilities.
  • Uphold the company's reputation by selling and promoting products in a professional and ethical manner, adhering to healthcare compliance standards.
  • Manage all leads and customer relationships effectively.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide ongoing support to clients.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Meet defined sales quotas through strategic territory management.
  • Maintain existing accounts while pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Complete all administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Travel up to 50% within the designated territory to deliver customer-focused service.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in health sciences or marketing/business.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated capacity to quickly assimilate new information and excel in sales.
