Account Executive, Field Sales Specialist

About the Role

Tatcha is seeking a highly organized and hands-on Account Executive to join our dynamic North American Retail Field Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for consistently achieving or exceeding retail sales goals and fostering business growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to surpass KPIs and financial objectives
  • Utilize weekly business analysis to determine opportunities for growth and generate sell-through via selling and training
  • Emulate and reinforce brand image and culture, bringing the spirit of partnership to all interactions
  • Coordinate and execute events to achieve or exceed sales goals, and review and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales
  • Develop territory strategy with input from Regional Manager to maximize sell-through and drive growth by leveraging consumer/sales insights
  • Train and develop store teams on Tatcha brand knowledge and product demonstrations, and plan and execute consistent meetings with Store Management, District Managers, and other Leadership and Trainers
  • Communicate season presentation to Store Management and In-store Teams, and collect and report any out-of-stock situation to Regional Managers

Requirements

  • 5+ years industry experience or a minimum of 2 years Cosmetic Account Executive or 5 years Account Coordinator experience (or equivalent position)
  • Strong Administration skills
  • Preferred experience working with Sephora/Ulta, and familiarity with Google platforms, slides, docs, sheets, MS Word, and Excel
  • Superior training and motivational abilities, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Team Player, positive attitude, resilient in nature, and ability to focus and work autonomously and be accountable for a given market

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary range of $70,000 to $80,000
  • Eligibility for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results
