About the Position

iCapital is seeking a Manager of Business Intelligence and Fund Launch who will lead the strategic onboarding of third-party funds and manage the launch processes for our distribution collaborations. This individual will formulate a sales strategy in conjunction with key internal and external partners to optimize our capital raising efforts. Additionally, this role will entail managing the General Partner relationships for our curated offerings through established routines and consistent engagement. This position will report to the head of iCapital's Marketplace to support our extensive distribution initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the rollout of new products in collaboration with essential internal partners and external stakeholders, covering:
    • Pre-launch activities including contracting, pricing, product education, and sales strategy development.
    • Launch phase involving marketing initiatives and GP engagement.
    • Post-launch tasks such as pipeline oversight, GP coordination, and closing procedures.
  • Partner with iCapital's enterprise GP Relationship Managers, Research and Education, Channel Marketing, National Accounts, and Field Distribution to provide a cohesive and efficient capital raising experience.
  • Collaborate with the Channel Marketing team to manage communications for new and existing products, including launch campaigns, webinars, roadshows, fund closures, and ongoing updates, as well as marketing content related to the platform.
  • Work alongside the Heads of Alternative Investment Distribution and National Accounts to:
    • Oversee the expanding iCapital Marketplace offerings.
    • Collect business intelligence for management while delivering actionable insights and analytics to support the sales team.
Qualifications
  • Over 10 years of experience in alternative investment products.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Tableau or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Capable of engaging and influencing senior executives within iCapital and its external network of investment firms.
  • A collaborative individual who demonstrates commitment and dedication.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and high-performance level amidst demanding and time-sensitive projects.
  • Ability to comprehend complex concepts, identify key risk factors, and communicate them clearly and succinctly to internal teams, financial advisors, and clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience utilizing technology to enhance branding and information dissemination to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Proven track record in managing intricate projects related to fund launches and capital raising initiatives.
Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $200,000. iCapital provides a comprehensive compensation package that includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Each department has unique requirements, and some positions will be designated as in-office roles based on their functions.
