Job Description

We're searching for a skilled Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the merchant services space. As a key contributor to our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that exceed revenue targets.

With a strong background in sales and leadership, you will have the ability to motivate and direct a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in merchant services, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of the payment processing industry.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $100,000 to $150,000 per year, plus commission, based on industry standards and location.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Develop and execute a structured sales program, measuring its effectiveness.
  • Lead and motivate a dynamic sales team, ensuring collaboration and teamwork.
  • Provide training and guidance to salespeople at all levels of experience.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and adhere to deadlines.
