About the Role

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to general inquiries, and perform business functions such as membership sales, cancellations, and adjustments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to respond to general inquiries and provide timely and effective communication to callers regarding Family Center information, membership, programs, and events
  • Learn and follow published SOP's to optimize support for members, program participants, and Family Center staff
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Work Environment and Physical Demands

The physical demands of this position include regular computer use, communication using a computer and authorized work phone/smart device, ability to sit, stand, reach, and move around the work environment, and ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds.
