About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Resolving customer disputes and concerns
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers
  • Utilizing knowledge base and training to answer customer questions
  • Complying with company policies and procedures
Requirements

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $52,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
