Job Description:

The Sulphur Springs YMCA is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Engagement and Solutions Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, program participants, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound and perform outbound calls to support Family Center operations and enhance the member/program participant's experience.
  • Assist with general inquiries, membership sales, cancels, and adjustments, program registrations, and collection of failed drafts and updating account information.

In addition to your excellent communication and problem-solving skills, you will also possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and handle conflict professionally. Previous customer service or sales experience is required, as well as knowledge of computers and the ability to learn software applications.

A competitive salary of $40,000-$50,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered for this full-time position. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, and retirement plan matching.
