Job Overview

The KG Call Center is seeking a highly skilled Benefits Administrator to join our team in Tampa, FL. This role will be responsible for managing various employee benefits programs, leave administration, and ensuring compliance with required benefit notices.

About the Job

  • Manage group health, flexible spending accounts, dental and vision, accident and disability, life insurance, 401(k), and wellness benefits.
  • Manage leave administration for high-volume call center to include disability, Family Medical Leave and personal leave.
  • Conduct benefits orientations and explain benefits self-enrollment system.
  • Maintain employee benefits filing systems and ensure benefits changes are entered appropriately in payroll system for payroll deduction.
  • Coordinate workers' compensation claims with third-party administrator.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
  • Experience with employee relations to include onboarding and offboarding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Benefits and Salary

This position offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
