Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic agenda for Invest, leveraging member feedback and industry research to inform product development and delivery.
  • Partner closely with Marketing to strengthen brand awareness and member engagement.

  • Partner closely with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Control partners to identify and mitigate risks and address issues with urgency.
  • Mentor and develop talent as a culture-carrier, providing team members with learning opportunities, empowerment, coaching, and exposure.
  • Set a compelling vision, drive execution, and communicate effectively with senior audiences, the SoFi board, and regulators.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and preferably an MBA in Digital, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in financial services, preferably with experience in online brokerage, strategy, wealth management, online investing, digital banking, equity capital markets, asset management, or a closely related business.
  • Demonstrated experience in a role that is fully accountable for business (P&L) results, deliverables, and member experience.
  • Strong strategy background and ability to navigate competitive landscapes and industry pressure.
  • Deep familiarity with regulatory requirements and fiduciary responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to execute via successful internal partnerships.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a demonstrated track record for attracting and retaining top talent and leading through influence.
