About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a New Home Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guiding customers through the home building process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized sales support to customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable home buying experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, product offerings, and competitor activity to make informed sales decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and drive business results.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed sales decisions.
