Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the Iowa & Nebraska territory. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for demonstrating and selling TrackMan products and services to golf courses, teaching pros, club fitters, and other golf client segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demand generation through cooperation with local PGA and other golf organizations
  • Product demonstrations to golf courses, teaching pros, club fitters, and other golf client segments
  • Ensure highest customer satisfaction through ongoing training and service
  • Proposal preparation and order administration
  • Customer training and first-level support
  • Organization and implementation of TrackMan University education workshops
  • Product testing and provision of feedback to our software and hardware development teams
  • Development and continuous improvement of your territory's sales strategies
Requirements
  • Higher education in technology, business, or marketing
  • 3+ years consultative sales experience
  • Experience in developing and applying sales and marketing strategies
  • Own car with full driver's license
  • Personal drive, self-starter with demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile
  • Build and maintain relationships easily
  • Persuade others by being trustworthy and enthusiastic
  • Demonstrate perseverance, and cope well with rejection
  • Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills
  • Analyze problems and provide well-thought-through solutions
  • Consider other's views and demonstrate listening skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • A strong network in the local golf industry
  • Experience in developing and applying sales and marketing strategies
  • Advanced computer skills, Windows 7-10 configurations (device management), Microsoft Office
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation plan consists of a fixed salary, commissions based on performance, and a bonus plan. An individual health insurance with an optional dental plan will also be provided. Benefits package including 401k, cell phone, and personal home internet is also available. You will benefit from onboard training and continuous coaching. You will be working out of your home office in the territory and travel 50-75% of the time.
