Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Sanel NAPA Auto Parts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to existing and new customers, increasing sales and market penetration through new and existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve personal sales and profit quotas.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales-related software.
