Wealth Management Advisor

Opportunity for a Wealth Management Advisor
The Wealth Management Advisor serves as a key relationship manager for a select group of affluent clients, including legal professionals, accountants, medical practitioners, and business owners. This position focuses on achieving and exceeding objectives by generating new lending and deposit business from both prospective and existing clients while promoting various banking services, including Treasury Management Solutions.
- Proactively enhances current client relationships and seeks new business opportunities through referrals and outreach efforts that align with the strategic goals of the bank.
- Demonstrates outstanding marketing, sales, and relationship management capabilities.
- Participates in active business development initiatives, networking events, and professional associations to expand the Private Client Group's clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Surpasses individual sales and retention targets while complying with corporate, legal, and regulatory standards.
- Oversees and nurtures loan and deposit account relationships, making critical decisions regarding various financial matters.
- Independently evaluates all loan applications and engages in the underwriting process to uphold portfolio integrity and mitigate risk.
- Collaborates with various departments within the bank to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintains comprehensive product knowledge and adheres to all regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in Lending.
- Formal training in Credit is advantageous.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
