Position Overview

We are in search of a dedicated Financial Advisor to enhance our capabilities in delivering outstanding financial and investment planning services. This role emphasizes building and nurturing client relationships, collaborating closely with Managing Advisors and service team members to create and implement tailored client relationship strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and sustain a portfolio of high-net-worth client relationships.
  • Establish and maintain connections with referral partners and influential networks while thriving in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ensure client retention and satisfaction by providing holistic wealth management guidance, encompassing investment management, retirement, estate, and tax planning.
  • Engage in initial client consultations alongside the Originating Advisor to assess prospective clients' aspirations and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Client Service Team to facilitate the onboarding process for new clients.
  • Act as the primary liaison for client interactions, working in tandem with the Wealth Planning, Investment Management, and Client Service teams to deliver superior service.
  • Conduct regular meetings with existing clients to address their financial planning and investment management needs.
  • Participate in client meetings through various formats, including in-person and virtual sessions, with some travel required.
  • Utilize Salesforce for meticulous documentation of client interactions, adhering to compliance standards.
  • Prepare summary communications post-client meetings to clarify discussions and outline actionable steps.
  • Oversee follow-up actions from meetings, coordinating necessary resources to fulfill client objectives.
  • Lead the collection of financial data while collaborating with the Wealth Planning Department to formulate comprehensive financial plans.
  • Generate asset management reports for client distribution.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, advisors, and team members with professionalism via phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Coordinate the preparation of meeting materials, including agendas and investment analyses.
  • Facilitate the execution of trade orders in collaboration with the Asset Management Department.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • CFP designation or equivalent industry certification (CPA, CFA, JD).
  • A minimum of 7 years as a Registered Investment Advisor or as a RIA representative, with at least 5.5 years in roles such as Securities Portfolio Manager, Financial Planner, CPA, or Registered Representative.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial planning, including cash management, tax strategies, insurance, education funding, retirement planning, estate planning, and risk management.
  • Experience with financial planning software and deliverables.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Client Relationship Management systems like Salesforce.
  • Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
