Notable projects include a private social club in Dallas, a renowned chef-driven restaurant recognized for its culinary excellence, and a landmark destination in the Miami Design District.

Position Summary:

The Director of Programming is a pivotal leadership role responsible for crafting and executing a holistic strategy for events and programming that aligns with the organization’s vision. This role demands a strategic innovator with a profound grasp of the target demographic, industry dynamics, and the capability to curate captivating and engaging content for diverse events.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Development:
  2. Formulate and implement a strategic plan for event programming that aligns with organizational goals.
  3. Design and execute a comprehensive strategy for experiential branding that supports overall business objectives.
  4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to maintain a consistent brand message across all venues.
    1. Content Development:
    2. Oversee the creation and curation of engaging and relevant content for events and programs.
    3. Ensure alignment of content with the target audience and organizational messaging.
      1. Event Planning:
      2. Lead the planning and execution of a diverse array of events for members.
      3. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop innovative event experiences.
        1. Team Leadership:
        2. Guide the Programming team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
        3. Collaborate with other WoodHouse venues to integrate experiential branding initiatives.
          1. Brand Experience Management:
          2. Oversee the design and execution of immersive brand experiences and events.
          3. Ensure alignment of brand experiences with the company’s values and mission.
            1. Financial Oversight:
            2. Develop and manage budgets for programming and branding initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation.
              1. Audience Engagement:
              2. Create strategies to enhance participant engagement and satisfaction.
              3. Utilize feedback and analytics to refine and improve programming.
                1. Performance Measurement:
                2. Establish key performance indicators to assess the success of branding efforts.
                3. Analyze data to continuously optimize future initiatives.
                  1. Collaboration:
                  2. Work with the Creative Director to bring innovative concepts to fruition.
                  3. Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  1. Educational Background:
  2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
    1. Experience:
    2. Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership role overseeing branding initiatives.
    3. Extensive background in brand strategy and consumer engagement.
    4. Proven experience in event planning and program development.
