The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is a consulting and professional services firm dedicated to serving our Government clients. We are in search of a Lead Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to become a vital part of our team, primarily working remotely with occasional meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the intricacies of Government Contracting (GovCon) business development processes and staffing requirements for proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align staffing strategies with various business objectives.
  • Utilize effective sourcing and recruiting techniques to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Manage candidate interactions through approved systems, ensuring accurate tracking and insightful data utilization.
  • Identify and engage with talent pools to meet immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Adhere to internal and external staffing policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Keep detailed records of candidate qualifications and statuses.
  • Perform market compensation analyses to guide recruitment strategies.
  • Source highly skilled technical candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidates' technical abilities and cultural fit.
  • Facilitate the interview and hiring process for well-matched candidates.
  • Provide end-to-end recruiting services, ensuring a positive experience for candidates.
  • Adapt to changing priorities while executing responsibilities effectively.
  • Meet performance metrics and deadlines consistently, fostering trust and communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws during hiring activities.
  • Research innovative sourcing methods to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Drive excellence in operations and set high standards for recruitment.
  • Recruit for both headquarters and government positions.
  • Manage the candidate journey from application to onboarding, including necessary checks and processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of candidate activities.
  • Consult with hiring managers to identify specific technical skill requirements.
  • Track recruitment activities to ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Oversee the applicant tracking system and manage all related paperwork.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
  • Participate in job fairs and industry events as needed.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by discussing potential questions and scenarios.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations, ensuring data integrity in the recruitment system.
  • Verify the accuracy of onboarding documents.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of IT skills such as data analytics, software development, and cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrate expertise in recruiting for specialized IT roles and build a network of IT professionals.
  • Stay informed on compensation benchmarks within the IT sector to negotiate effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Five to seven years of experience in technical recruiting, particularly in government contracting.
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environments.
  • Proven track record in government contracting and commercial sectors.
  • Ability to leverage internet and social networking for candidate sourcing.
  • Experience in creating candidate pipelines for ongoing proposals.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS365 tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Understanding of employment guidelines and experience with diverse talent recruitment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours during peak proposal periods.
