Booz Allen Hamilton will rely on your ability to structure and synchronize program goals, while your team will depend on your leadership as they address requirements, budget limitations, and staffing issues. As a specialist in behavioral transformation, you will pinpoint opportunities to enhance the business by aligning with your client's objectives. This role will also allow you to expand your knowledge in areas such as problem resolution, strategic planning, contract evaluation, and more. Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in behavioral transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with assessment frameworks
  • Capability to formulate strategic and operational plans
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related discipline

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading behavioral transformation efforts
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Master's degree in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or a similar field

The compensation for this position is influenced by various factors, including location, education, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as specific contract requirements. The estimated salary range for this role is between $84,600.00 and $193,000.00 annually. This range reflects the typical salary for this position and is one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package.
